Eligible participants may obtain sweepstakes entries without making a donation by completing the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) process described below. Each separately emailed, valid AMOE form received in compliance with these Official Rules constitutes one (1) AMOE submission and will receive 100 sweepstakes entries.

Step 1: Download and Print the Official AMOE Form

• Download and print the official AMOE form available here:  AMOE form (.pdf)

• Ensure the printed form clearly displays:

  • The official e-mail address

  • Submission instructions and deadline reminders

  • Designated areas for required handwritten fields, statements, and signature

Step 2: Complete the Form by Hand

​The entrant must complete all required information and statements by hand. Mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk-generated, scripted, or computer-generated submissions may be disqualified.​

• Phone Number

• Date of Birth

• Written Eligibility Statement: “I certify that I am an eligible participant under the Official Rules of the CCRF Chasing a Cure Sweepstakes.”

• Required Acknowledgement Statement: "I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Official Rules of the CCRF Sweepstakes."

Step 3: Prepare the Submission

​All information on the AMOE form and must be completed by hand by the entrant. Incomplete, illegible, altered, late, misdirected, or otherwise non-compliant submissions may be void.

Step 4: Email The Submission 

• ​Email the completed AMOE submission to: contact@childrenscancer.org with subject line: Chasing a Cure

• ​​Limit: Only one (1) submission is permitted per e-mail. Multiple submissions in a single email may be void.

• Deadlines: Must be electronically time stamped by 3pm CST on October 31, 2026

Step 5: Entry Processing & Confirmation

Upon receipt of a complete, legible, and valid AMOE submission, the entrant will receive 100 sweepstakes entries. AMOE submissions will not receive an individual confirmation of receipt, validation, or entry status unless otherwise required by law. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the validity and eligibility of all submissions in its sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules.

 

Eligible entrants may submit up to 200 valid AMOE submissions for a maximum of 20,000 total sweepstakes entries per person during the Promotion Period.
